Please note that your booking for an event, webinar, course or special product as selected under this Purchase is subject to having received full payment by one of the PAYMENT METHODS, chosen by you.
In case of Payment By Cheque/ Bank Draft, please make the it Payable to: “Tiberias Management Consultants (HK) Limited” and send it by courier or secured post to reach us 10 days before the event.
All bank charges to be borne by payer. Please ensure that Tiberias MC receives the full invoiced amount.
2. PAYMENT POLICY
Payment is due in full at the time of registration. Full payment is mandatory for event attendance. By submitting this registration form, you have agreed to accept the payment terms of Tiberias MC.
3. CANCELLATIONS & SUBSTITUTIONS
a) There is no refund for cancellations, however you may substitute delegates prior to commencement date of the event.
b) Tiberias MC may consider requests for cancellations received in writing more than seven (10) days prior to the training course, for the 100% credit to be used for another training course for up to one year from the date of issuance.
c) For cancellations received seven (7) days or less prior to an event (including day 7), no credits will be issued.
d) In the event that Tiberias MC cancels an event, delegate payments at the date of cancellation will be credited to a future Tiberias MC event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. In the event that Tiberias MC postpones an event, delegate payments at the postponement date will be credited towards the rescheduled date. If the delegate is unable to attend the rescheduled event, the delegate will receive a 100% credit representing payments made towards a future Tiberias MC event. This credit will be available for up to one year from the date of issuance. No refunds will be available for cancellations or postponements.
e) Tiberias MC is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration or cancellation/postponement of an event. Tiberias MC shall assume no liability whatsoever in the event this training course is cancelled, rescheduled or postponed due to a fortuitous event, unforeseen occurrence or any other event that renders performance of this training course impracticable or impossible. For purposes of this clause, a fortuitous event shall include, but not be limited to: war, fire, labor strike, extreme weather or other emergency faced by the trainer or Tiberias MC .
4. PROGRAMME VARIATIONS POLICY
Please note that speakers and topics were confirmed at the time of publishing; however, circumstances beyond the control of the organizers may necessitate substitutions, alterations or cancellations of the speakers and/or topics. As such, Tiberias MC reserves the right to alter or modify the advertised speakers and/or topics if necessary. Any substitutions or alterations will be updated on our web page as soon as possible.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
a) The data collected will be strictly used for communicating with you for courses registered by you and upcoming courses. Your data will not be held in our database for more than one year.
b) If you do not wish to receive communications and invitations for future events, please write to us to remove your name from the Account or you may also delete your account online.
c) Your personal data will not be shared with any other agency or individuals except as requested by court order or necessary for compliance with the Laws of Hong Kong, Singapore and Country of your nationality.
6. Applicable Law
This Contract of Sale of Services shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Laws of Hong Kong SAR. Any disputes or controversies shall first be settled by amicable means including mediation. Any disputes remain unresolved shall finally be resolved through Arbitration in accordance with the HKIAC Expedited Arbitration Rules prevailing at the time of commencement of an arbitration. The arbitration shall be conducted in English by a sole arbitrator to be appointed by HIAC, and the seat of arbitration shall be Hong Kong SAR. By accepting the booking confirmation conditions you accept this arbitration clause to be binding.
7. General Conditions for Bespoke Courses
1. All information, data, documents, use of office facilities, PPE gears when at the project site as required, will be provided free of charge by “the Clients”.
2. Save for any statutory liability which cannot be excluded, TMC and its associates do not accept any responsibility for any error or inaccuracy in or omissions from any advice (whether negligent or otherwise) and shall not be liable in contract, in tort or negligence, or otherwise for any loss or damage arising as a result of the recipient or any other person acting or refraining from acting in reliance upon any recommendation or any information contained in the reports or advisory provided by TMC. Notwithstanding anything contained in this proposal to the contrary, in any event or default, the liability of TMC shall be limited to maximum of 10% of the service fees actually paid to TMC by the Clients.
3.) The Clients shall indemnify and hold harmless the Consultants (including their holding company and other affiliated companies) and directors, officers, employees and agents, against any loss, damage, or liability or allegation of loss or damage arising in whole or in part from either party’s negligence or gross negligence in performing or failing to perform this Agreement, to any Party, including third parties.
4.) All services rendered are subject to the terms of the TMC Standard “Consultant’s Non-Disclosure Agreement” (“NDA”) and for internal use by “Clients”. The NDA shall be executed prior to commencement of the assignment.
5.) The Clients accept that the services rendered shall be final and conclusive upon delivery of the service to the Clients.
8. CONFIDENTIALITY AND DISCLAIMER
PLEASE REFER TO THE CONFIDENTIALITY CLAUSE AND DISCLAIMER STATEMENT RELEVANT TO EACH PRODUCT PURCHASED ON THIS WEBSITE.
